Before Program Preparation

  • ZOOM

    • For the interactive sessions, the different grades will be split up

      • Make sure you have devices for however many children in your family are signed up for program! Phones and tablets are also acceptable. 

    • Please make sure your internet connection is stable so that we can be smoothly linking online with you and your children. 

    • You will receive a zoom meeting ID & password after you sign up for the program. 

      • Please save this ID and password as it is super important to access the program every Sunday.

    • Please do not pass the zoom meeting information to other people, even if they are friends. This is meant to ensure your child’s internet safety as well as keep our leaders safe as well! 

    • Please use your child’s full name as the zoom account name.

  • Environment

    • Please assign your child to one location for the entirety of this program.

    • This location should have a chair and a table, with enough space for your child to dance along to our singspiration sets! 

    • This location should be a low traffic area in the house to avoid noise and distractions. 

    • Please ensure that the program is played on computer speakers instead of headphones so that you can hear exactly what is going on and make sure that your child is engaging appropriately with the content!

On The Day Of Program

  • Please come 5 minutes early and wait in the waiting room on zoom. Once the clock hits 2:00 PM, we will be letting campers in. We want to start promptly and cannot be waiting for anyone! 

  • Please assist your child to sign in on the zoom meeting with the ID and password given to you before.
